Known for their energy, infectious repetoire and talented vocalists, they are the resident band at stylish restaurant/bar "Sale St" (Auckland). The dancefloor is never empty when The Beat Council hit the stage, from Top 40 hits to timeless classics, they are the best in the country.

Chocolate Box Deluxe


Chocolate Box Deluxe is an extension of the monthly night Chocolate Box held at Matterhorn, hosted by Lisa Tomlins and Vanessa Stacey. This brings in the addition of DJ Ayesha to the Box.  With the combination of these lovely ladies you will be in for a night of laughter, style and a musical journey of Soul-Funk fusion

Building a reputation around Wellington and throughout Aotearoa, as a show not to be missed, These ladies have recently performed at the 2014 launch of the New Zealand Arts Festival, NZ Soul All Dayer (Auckland & Waiheke Island), the openings of two popular new venues MOON and King Street Live, Wellington Waitangi Day Celebrations, Wellington Jazz Festival, Huia Festival, the opening for Warhol Exhibition at Te Papa.

L40 is a 6 piece RnB/Hip Hop/Neo-Soul/Reggae band based in Whanganui. L40, which is short for ‘Latitude -40’ indicates the latitude coordinate of -40 degrees, which is the location of their home, Rātana Pā in New Zealand. The band has won a Waiata Maori Music Award and are explosive and energetic on stage.

Niwha (Pronouced "Knee - Fa") is a Maori culture group that can serenade you with classical Māori anthems or give you a spine-tingling and earth shattering Māori pōhiri and haka.

Mataia Keepa (Director of Niwha) is highly regarded in Maori performing arts and integral memeber of national winning group Te Mātārae I Ōrehu. Mataia will work closely with you to ensure the show best suits your event and audience, incoporating the best of contemporary and traditional Māori elements.
